RECIPE: Cider Boys Sparkling Fig & Honey Cocktail

Chef Ginger has concocted some drinks using Ciderboys Hard Cider! Try the Ciderboys Sparkling Fig & Honey Cocktail!

1oz honey syrup

1/2 oz Cointreau

4oz First Press Ciderboys

Garnish - half fig

1. Combine honey, Cointreau and First Press Ciderboys in a cocktail shaker

2. Add ice and stir for 20 seconds until chilled

3. Strain into a coupe martini glass

4. Garnish with half fig
