https://legitcasinocanada.com aside, what struck me about this release is that "Holy Ground" came out of the One For The Road livestream rather than a proper studio session, which probably explains why it feels so loose and celebratory. I've noticed that songs born from live-streamed shows during that stretch tend to carry a bit more grit, since the band is playing to an audience they can't see and leaning harder into the energy. Curious whether this one will stay a standalone track or end up folded into a fuller record down the line.
I was just curious to check out the new release on Gaelic Storm's website and ended up browsing around it briefly. Overall, the layout seemed pretty straightforward, with the menu at the top making it easy to find different sections. I noticed that the text is quite readable and not cramped, which I liked. The featured post about Holy Ground stood out pretty well, but I felt like the page could have used a bit more spacing around the images or sections to make it less cluttered.
