Ciderboys Glazed Chicken Wings & Slaw Recipe!

During Quarantine, Ginger Chef joined us at our Virtually Live Friday Night Facebook Live and prepared some delicious cuisine made with Ciderboys Hard Cider!

Try the Ciderboys Hard Apple Cider Mustard Glazed Chicken Wings with an Apple, Fennel, & Radicchio Slaw from your own kitchen!

Ingredients for Chicken and Glaze

3lbs of chicken wings

8 oz 1st Pressed Apple Cider

2 oz spicy brown mustard

1 oz honey

1 TBSP granulated garlic

1 tsp ground black pepper

2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)

1 tsp kosher salt

Slurry mixture

1 TBSP cornstarch

2 TBSP water


  1. Mix all ingredients together on the stove and add slurry mixture to thicken the glaze, cook for about 30 minutes.

  2. Marinate chicken wings with the glaze for about 6 hours

Ingredients for Slaw

1 head fennel, sliced thin

1/4 head of radicchio, sliced thin

1 apple

1/8 red onion, sliced thin

1 TBSP olive oil

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 TBSP Mayo- leave out if desired

2 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp celery seed

2 TBSP lemon juice


  1. Mix all ingredients together and top your chicken wings with it

Thank you for this wonderful recipe, it looks very appetizing. I wonder if people who struggle with blackheads can use this dish? I know that not all dishes can be used by those who struggle with skin diseases, so it is interesting to consider this dish.
