Didja know there once was a Prohibition-era rum runner named Big Bill McCoy, who moored his boat off the Jersey Shore? The guy famously didn't water down the booze, giving birth to the expression "the real McCoy." Or so says Gaelic Storm, the U.S.-based, ever-feisty Celtic rock band serving up that tale -- and lots of fun drinkin', dancin' and courtin' songs -- on their new set, "Cabbage" (Lost Again Records, B). It's a party on a platter.
